The receptionist was arrogant and rude. I bought toiletries but got no receipt or refund. They treated me as if I owed them something. I won’t come back.

We were due to check in at 2 AM on August 6th, spanning into the second day of the 7th. Later, we were told they had checked our previous booking records and found a strange smell when we checked out. We immediately told the staff we hadn’t used anything in the room, including cigarettes, and that nobody had checked this with us at checkout. The front desk staff insisted they could only provide a smoking room. When we asked to book under our partner’s name instead, they refused. We felt seriously misled and very bothered, since we had to find another room in the middle of the night. We’d appreciate help confirming what happened.

The room had a bad smell, and noise outside kept going on, which made the place feel strange. The receptionist was really dismissive and rude. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you need a place to rest.
