The room was simple, clean, and reasonably roomy. Breakfast was a standard set, nothing elaborate, but the portion was generous. There wasn't bottled water in the room, though a dispenser was in the corridor. There's no lift in the building, so be ready for stairs. To reach the old street, you can climb two flights of about 40 steps each, or take the longer, easier walk along the road.

The owner was kind, polite, and helpful, and she made breakfast herself. Our room was large, clean, and cozy, with a wonderful view from the window. The walk from this homestay to Jiufen market isn't far.

The view from the room window was hard to believe, and the room itself was big, beautiful, and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind there's no elevator. If that's fine for you, I can't recommend this amazing hotel enough.

A nice spot to unwind in Jiufen, with a comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast was homemade soup, club sandwiches, fruit and gourmet coffee, though it was the same each day. Just be aware there’s no lift and the towels are large.

The rooms feel roomy and are clean, and it’s only a few minutes from Jiufen old street. Check-in is rather late, at 4 pm.
