Li Ti Hotel

I thought it was great for the price, and I’d stay again if I got the chance. It’s close to Fuzhong MRT station and there are lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Free breakfast was included and was pretty much like breakfast you’d get anywhere. The receptionist was very friendly. The ceilings weren’t too low, smoke wasn’t very strong, and KTV noise didn’t reach the upper floors. I could hear loud conversations in the hallway from my room, though. I didn’t run into the problems people mentioned in the comments.

For $560, a three-hour rest was acceptable. But there were lots of little cockroaches as soon as I entered the room, and the expected amenities were missing or not properly replenished. I didn’t use a condom, but it wasn’t fully restocked, and the lubricant had been left by the previous guest, which really lowered my impression. Most of the bedside power and light switches were broken, and no one had repaired them. The headboard was damaged, and the blankets and bed were dirty. The bathtub was a nice feature, but the towels were black. The room also smelled strongly of smoke, even though smoking was supposedly not allowed. The hotel just felt very old. If the price works for you, it might be okay to go, but I won’t be back.

I booked the three-hour plan that night, thinking I’d just take it easy, but I regretted it as soon as I walked in. The room was gorgeous and had everything: a spa bathtub, massage chairs, drinks, and coffee. I highly recommend it. The staff’s attitude was impeccable.

The room was in a very shabby state. The bathtub was full of hair and didn’t look cleaned at all. The water pressure was very low, the hair dryer barely blew air, and the air conditioner didn’t cool the room.
