Really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were soundproof, and the staff were helpful and friendly with my booking. I'd definitely come again!

We'd only planned on two nights but stayed four. The river was right next door, with pleasant walking trails, and Xindian MRT station was just a two-minute walk away. On Sundays there's a market outside the station with good food and all kinds of things for sale. At the hotel, the front desk staff were friendly, the room was clean, the shower was fantastic, and the free breakfast was more than we expected.

The staff were lovely, and the location is hard to beat, right beside Xindian MRT, less than a minute away on foot. Breakfast was delicious, with three different serving times to choose from. The room could have been cleaner, though. There was dust on the walls and the floor wasn't very clean. Still, one of my best stays in TW!!

We had a great stay and will come back. The hotel is a few steps from Bitan, where you can enjoy good food with a Lake view, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were kind and helpful, and I liked having coin-operated laundry in the lobby. Xindian MRT is close by, at the last stop on the green line, so it's easy to get to Taipei 101 or elsewhere in Taipei. There are also lots of buses from the station across the street, including bus 849 around the corner to Wulai. Download the Taipei Metro app, and Google maps is useful for directions. I don't have any negative comments about this hotel!
