Robinson, one of the staff, has stayed in my heart. We appreciated his kind, hospitable service. Every night when we returned to the hotel, he was at the main entrance and helped us with whatever we needed. He also shared lots of information about sightseeing and going out at night. We'd like to send him a hug and our thanks, and hope to see all the staff again soon.

The hotel was very comfortable, and Sophie & Diana at the front desk gave us excellent service.

We checked in on October 27 because a friend was holding a wedding banquet here that weekend. It was a bit busy that evening, but the Front Desk staff were patient, kind, and attentive. The service felt better than at a five-star hotel. I'd recommend it.

My daughter said the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. She arrived late that evening, 12/13/2021, at the quarantine hotel I'd booked three months earlier for her return from the United States. The price felt like a real bargain for the quality, and the night view was better than we expected. I'm grateful the staff arranged the nice-view room I'd asked for three months before. After her first day of quarantine, I still appreciate all the service the hotel has provided. Things seem to be going well, and we hope the hotel's service will make this difficult quarantine period easier.

The courtyard view was so lovely that I didn't feel trapped, and I couldn't hear traffic outside. The beds felt new and were very comfortable. The bathroom was just the right size, and the hot water came instantly.
