Once we found the hotel, the team were friendly and very helpful. It’s on a corner of a busy street, so finding it took a bit. We dropped off our bags and then went to park the car, which was a nightmare around 5 pm in this area. Check-in was simple. We stayed in room 506 on the fifth floor, and there’s a lift. The room was very clean and spacious, with a good-sized bathroom. Breakfast is pre-ordered and brought to your door. It’s simple, but it works. I’d recommend the area, and it’s only 17 minutes by Uber to central Taipei.

Really clean hotel, and the room was comfortable and very clean too. The hairdryer was good, and it wasn’t noisy like some other hotels. I really like this place.

Breakfast came to the room after we picked from the menu. I was there in winter, staying on the second floor in a Family room. It was clean, had a modern bathroom, and was quiet, contrary to what I’d read in reviews. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the metro station. They provided clean towels, but no toiletries. That was fine since we usually bring our own. I’d stay here again.

The bed was awful, with a pretty big hole in the mattress, and the service desk told me that was normal. I don’t understand how anyone can sleep on a mattress like that. We also accidentally spilled some mineral water when it fell from the bed. The supervisor asked us to pay a 200 fine.

The staff were nice about our requests, answered questions quickly, and brought our takeout and deliveries to the room door. We were given lots of snacks and goodies when we arrived for quarantine. The fridge was a decent size, and the long table was handy for remote work. It was a decent stay in a good location, though I’d have enjoyed it more if we hadn’t been required to stay for 15 days. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke at first, but we got used to it after a few days. The bathroom was nice and big, maybe a little too big. The room could get chilly and humid, and there wasn’t much control over the AC temperature.
