Wen Sha Bao Wei Feng Guan

The room was a pleasure to sleep in, with a comfortable bed and pillows. It also had everything I could think of needing, including an electric mosquito repellent and an electric mosquito swatter. Having one TV upstairs and another downstairs was handy, and the in-room water dispenser was really convenient. The staff were friendly, and the service was just perfect. It's very close to the old street and was excellent value for the money. I'd definitely recommend it and book here again!

The owl decorations in the room were a fun surprise. The guesthouse was so helpful, with great service, luggage delivery, and a good introduction. I had such a rewarding trip and would definitely return.

The only issue was the entrance steps, which aren't suitable for strollers or people with mobility problems. Everything else left us completely satisfied. Breeze Center made our two-day, one-night trip to Jiufen even better. The owner helped with our luggage at the parking lot, then checked us in at Hanwan 282 and even offered us drinks. We fell asleep to beautiful scenery, woke to delicious breakfasts, and were reluctant to leave.

My only worry was that the wooden stairs and mezzanine creaked when I walked, and I was concerned about waking other guests. The attic room had two big windows with excellent views. The shower had strong pressure and the hot water stayed at a steady temperature. Breakfast was healthy and changed each day. When I contacted the owner at check-in, they helped carry my luggage to the accommodation and gave me a detailed Jiufen attractions rundown with a map.
