Breakfast was the highlight for me: there was a big selection of things to go with the porridge, plus a separate noodle station. The dining staff kept things running smoothly, cleared tables efficiently, and helped guests. I also saw them training new staff to clear tables while staying attentive to diners. The service throughout the hotel was very well trained. The parking attendant in the basement was pleasant, courteous, kind, and helpful. The bell porter patiently helped unload our luggage at the main entrance and took it to the lobby while I parked. When the AC in our original room barely worked, the concierge/front desk arranged for the bell hop to take us to a new room. He patiently explained the temperature controls before leaving. We stayed on the 12th floor in a room with a balcony. Blue spotlights were right outside the windows, but the blinds blocked the light well enough for a comfortable night's sleep. The air conditioning worked really well, too.

Breakfast was generous and had lots of variety, a great way to start the day. My room was very comfortable and quiet, and I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

The pool and jacuzzi are gorgeous, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with different dishes each day. I found the staff friendly and courteous, and the room was spacious and comfortable. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Taiwan. If you're visiting Central Taiwan for the scenery, I'd highly recommend it as a place to stay.

We stayed in a family/kids room with double beds, and it was super clean and well maintained. The resort is in a great location and works nicely whether you're traveling with children or as a couple. There's a nice swimming pool and an indoor kids' area. The buffet was so delicious, with enough variety that you won't get bored. Mina from the service staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. We'd highly recommend staying here when traveling in the area.

The pool and sauna were clean and enjoyable, and breakfast had plenty of choices, even better than at the 4-star hotel we last stayed in in Taichung. The location was great and the stay very comfortable. I'd definitely recommend it.
