We stayed over Lunar New Year, when a few other families also arrived after us. The place shows up on the Puli Township map, so it seems to be an option for plenty of people. It’s easy to find and only about a five-minute drive from the busy town center. Our family room had no private garage, but there was street parking within the hostel, so even arriving late wasn’t a problem. We asked for a lacto-ovo vegetarian breakfast. It arrived at our room, and the staff took their time preparing it instead of rushing. Both the men and women on staff were polite, especially for the Lunar New Year period. They were quite young and presentable, too. The heating and cooling worked adequately regardless of the brand, and the heating was good. The bathroom was reasonably clean. The showerhead was fine if you don’t use the shower head, and the water temperature and quality should suit children as long as you’re not too picky. If the kids are fine with it, I’m fine with it too.

On Lunar New Year’s Eve we got a four-person room for under 2700 yuan, which was really cheap. It was tidy and clean. The evening male staff member was handsome and very friendly, and the women on staff were super pretty. In the morning, a female staff member made breakfast by hand, and the burgers were delicious!

The bed had stains, and the bathroom showerhead was split. I honestly don’t know how anyone is supposed to clean it. Sound carried pretty easily, too. The air conditioning was just as other guests had described, and it felt weird.
