Kirinvilla

Nice.

Very natural.

Our stay over Chinese New Year was a real letdown. The rate the operator listed when we booked didn't match what we were charged on site. It was their mistake, yet after we arrived they insisted on collecting more money. That felt completely unreasonable. I understand the holiday is a busy time, but customers book based on the price the operator posts. We shouldn't have to cover their error. The way they dealt with our questions made things worse. We raised the issue calmly, but they were impatient and showed little sincerity about service. There was no clear apology or compensation, and instead we were left feeling blamed. We just wanted a proper conversation and a fair resolution, not to be treated coldly. The accommodation itself was acceptable, but the service and the handling of the pricing problem were seriously lacking. I hope they fix these issues so other travelers don't run into the same thing. Seriously, they're so young! If they wanted to change the outdoor area, they could've just said so. Why get so angry? What's wrong with us not making an extra 10,000?

It's a basic room, but the surroundings are comfortable. I'd spend the day sightseeing around Nantou and come back here to rest. If you're just looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend it.
