10/10
The scenery and campus are beautiful, and the staff were really friendly. I paid just $1400 NTD a night, so I wasn't expecting much from breakfast. Turns out it was amazing: scrambled eggs, three kinds of fresh fruit, toasted Western sandwiches and fresh salad, with freshly ground coffee and squeezed passion fruit juice. It raised my breakfast expectations quite a bit. :) The price is unbelievably cheap.

The school and its atmosphere are beautiful, but the building has serious design problems. Sound carries between rooms through the ceiling so clearly that you can hear a toilet flush or someone sniffing. Think carefully before staying overnight.

The room was spacious, with a clean bed, comfy sofa and ensuite bathroom. You'll need to drive there since it's away from the city center. Most staff are friendly and young, and look like students, but seemed inexperienced when the cafe got busy in the morning. I waited more than 30 minutes in line. They could use an onsite supervisor and an SOP to speed up service.

Really clean and well cared for, with loads of space in the rooms. The staff were incredibly nice too. Had a great stay, definitely worthy of five stars.

The fresh air, mountain views and surroundings made this a beautiful place to stay. Best experience ever!
