Baili Manor Cing Jing

Cing Jing Farm is very close by. The place has a rustic, cosy feel, and the room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. There are cats you can interact with on the porch of the main lobby building, which adds to the pleasant vibe.

We were very satisfied with the stay. The breakfast was hearty, with congee, vegetables, cereal, and plenty more. The room’s view takes in the mountains and gives you a quick glimpse of sunrise. Our loft room had two double beds and enough space for our luggage. WiFi was stable and the amenities were sufficient, and there were three adorable cats on the premises. The rooms are on level 3, reached by a narrow staircase, so carrying luggage up is a hassle. Soundproofing is weak and we could hear the neighbors talking, though the hostel provides earplugs that helped.

The compound is spacious and a nice place to unwind. It’s also handy having 7-Eleven and FamilyMart nearby, and the location felt safe for nighttime walks. The rooms are modest, with basic amenities, but cosy enough for a short stay. Walls are thin, so we could hear conversations from next door. Complimentary earplugs helped with the noise. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. Some rooms may be above ground level, and there’s no lift, which isn’t convenient for elderly guests.

The view from the room was magnificent, and the bathtub looks out toward the mountains. The room was clean and spacious, with strong WiFi. Breakfast was included in the rate. There wasn’t much variety, but it was sufficient and delicious. There’s no lift, so be ready to carry your luggage up to the third floor.
