The room was cozy, but the door lock didn't feel tight or secure, which was a major downside. We asked a staff member if it could be changed, but he said there wasn't a problem. The wire for the extra lock was useless. The road up by car is steep and difficult to maneuver. Edit: Breakfast is complimentary, but they seemed to treat outsiders differently, even people from Hong Kong. They served our food to other guests who arrived later and were Taiwanese. There was only one set breakfast, by the way.

The view was nice, but we couldn't enjoy it from inside the tent because the plastic film was so old that everything outside looked like a white blur. At first, we thought it was condensation, but the neighboring tent's plastic was clear. The morning temperature was 9-12 degrees, so in the end we had to stand outside in the cold to take in the view. The road from the main road to the hotel is very steep and narrow, so I'd recommend coming only if you have a car.

We rented a tent for one night. It was comfortable, with a bathroom nearby that we didn't have to share with anyone else. The setting was cute and pet friendly. There were plenty of electrical outlets, and they provided a bed heater, which made things easier. Staff were friendly and always answered our calls. Highly recommended.

We stayed a few nights before Christmas with our family, and chose the glamping star tent. Even in winter, it turned out to be a wonderful choice. The mountain views through the tent window were beautiful, and the owners had thought of lots of details. There were electric blankets to keep us warm, fairy lights, and a little seating area outside each tent where we could sit and enjoy the scenery. We had both breakfast and dinner here. The food was fresh and tasty, with nice vegetarian options. The owners were exceptionally helpful.

Come on a weekday and you might have the place to yourself. It's peaceful, with fresh air and incredible mountain scenery. The tent was amazing, with a comfy bed and an excellent heated mattress. The owner was lovely, and there was a very friendly husky and a beautiful cat. ❤️
