I love the washing machine here. Very nice place.

A nice, clean room for a good price.

We paid 3600 for two nights and found hair and dust all over the floor, cobwebs on the windowsill, and ants everywhere near the fridge and on the floor. For that money, I'd rather stay in a hostel. The name issue was confusing too: our name on Agoda was "Traveler," and Lai's was "Traveler" as well. I wonder if they use that misleading name because the reviews for "Traveler" are so bad. They only tell customers they're "Traveler" right before check-in 😋. The room might have explained the value if it had been nice, but it wasn't. The booking photos were edited, and even though I excluded "Traveler" while booking, I somehow booked it by accident. Is this a scam? How are customers supposed to tell which of these two different listings they're getting? I really think people should watch more videos. Every word is true, and the experiences are very objective. And one more strange thing, is it haunted at night? I kept hearing buttons being switched on and off :)

The room looked nice, but I had a terrible night and barely slept. The bed was incredibly hard, and there was almost no soundproofing. Cars and motorcycles on the nearby street were loud, and the other people in the building were talking extremely loudly. I hope nobody else has the same experience.
