The staff were friendly and professional, and we enjoyed our stay enough to want to come back. Our clean, spacious queen room had complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus a capsule coffee machine with a few free pods. I also liked the makeup mirror with its great lighting. There were no windows that opened, though, and natural light was limited. The location was convenient, with a FamilyMart, plenty of beverage shops, and restaurants nearby. The hotel had its own parking lot with plenty of spaces, but if it was full, we'd have to use a nearby paid lot.

For the price, this hotel offers a lot: clean rooms, comprehensive facilities, and highly professional staff.

The hotel's cleanliness stood out during my stay. From the lobby to my room, everything was spotless and well maintained, and the care taken with cleaning and sanitation made me feel comfortable and reassured, especially during these times. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were warm, attentive, and friendly. They went beyond what I needed, and their genuine care made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. Their dedication to service really sets the hotel apart. From arrival to departure, the whole experience surpassed what I expected.

The rooms were modern and clean, and the staff were the friendliest, most attentive and helpful I've ever met. When they heard we had an early departure, they even offered to pack a hot breakfast for us to take along. We'll definitely book here again next time we're in Taichung.

I came for my birthday weekend and told the hotel ahead of time. They had balloons ready in my room, which was so sweet, and surprised me with a bottle of red wine that I really appreciated. The staff were nice and spoke some English. My room was good, new, and clean. I loved being able to watch the big TV while sitting in the bathtub 🤭. Definitely worth staying at.
