The accommodation and service were good. I’d definitely think about staying here again.

On December 5th, I checked in and the metal roller shutter malfunctioned as I was backing up, crashing down and hitting me. I went back and forth with the hotel’s insurance several times. In the end, they paid only the depreciated value of the roof film. The original parts weren’t repaired until early March, and the deductible is still overdue. I don’t know when I’ll get it, and not having my car has affected how I get around. I never expected one hotel night to mean days of running between modification shops, original parts stores, and film wrapping shops to get quotes and have the damage inspected, while covering the losses myself. Who pays me back for the gas, or for transportation while I’m without a car? The chance of this happening may be low, but think carefully before staying here. I’d suggest keeping your car fully original and insured with full A/B coverage to avoid problems.

The listing and photos didn’t match the place. Agoda’s pictures were misleading and looked like they’d been taken right after the hotel was completed. The lights were broken and flickered, with no repair. The bathroom floor wasn’t slip-resistant and had sharp edges; the layout was uncomfortable, and the sink was cracked and still unrepaired. My room was tiny, very cold, and had no heating or wardrobe. The sheets were dirty and left my skin itchy after sleeping on them. There were few TV channels, and only about a fifth of a roll of toilet paper was left in the toilet. At check-in, they searched for my details using a tattered piece of paper even though I’d given them my order number, and it took ages. They should improve how they manage their customer list. Breakfast arrived promptly at 9:00 AM, but was so cold it was like a rock. Spending over 2,000 RMB for holiday accommodation was a terrible experience.
