We had a great stay. The owners were really friendly, and the place itself is beautiful. I noticed the negative reviews, but it seems most of those problems have been sorted out. Our room was clean, had no pests, and felt thoughtfully set up, with drinking water, face wash in the shower, a coat tree, and really nice furniture. There are six dogs there, all very friendly and happy to be petted. If you like dogs and a cabin-like setting, give it a try.

For a whole wooden house costing $9000, it was a pity that the room wasn't clean and they hadn't prepared enough clean blankets for our friend gathering. There also weren't any views around the place. The separate houses were a plus, though, since we didn't have to worry about our noise disturbing anyone.

A nice spot to relax and meditate. The owner is friendly and has a funny attitude.

We had a great time here with family and our two dogs. The guesthouse is close to Dongshi, Zhuolan, and Dahu, and feels like good value. The landlady is friendly and loves dogs. There are lots of flowers and lovely scenery inside the guesthouse, and the house itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was healthy and filling, and the parking lot was spacious. We do hope the dogs might be allowed on the sofa and bed one day. It's somewhere we'd visit again.

The house feels thoughtfully designed, right down to its light and air. The landlady paints and writes calligraphy, while the owner is an architect who also plays drums. Still, the best part of a trip isn't simply being in a beautiful house. It's finding yourself in the right light with the right person and the right dog.
