The breakfast had a fantastic range of upscale options. We also got a surprise upgrade to a deluxe double room with a view, which made us so happy that we decided to book a seven-day stay here for our family on our next trip. I’d highly recommend this five-star hotel.

They have plenty to do on site, including a kids’ playground, gym, and karaoke, so you can just relax without heading out. The room and staff were lovely, and breakfast was outstanding too. I left my jacket behind, but they sent it back to me within 24 hours. Highly recommended!

We picked this place in Wuri to be near friends, and the area felt safe, though I found it a little boring with not much to do. The hotel itself was a comfortable home away from home. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom room wasn’t huge, but it wasn’t cramped either, and it was clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. There are lots of amenities, including a gym, a hot spring-style spa, a restaurant and buffet area, and a kids’ play space. Water, snacks, and coffee were available in the room and around the hotel. Service was very good, too. Staff were responsive when we needed help with the air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The room cleaning wasn’t thorough, they didn’t even clean the garage. In the public areas, the air conditioning was weak, and when we asked for help, a waitress said she was busy and couldn’t provide service or assistance. We’d told the hotel in advance that we were traveling with a child, but they provided towels for only two people, with none for the kid. This wasn’t as family-friendly as I’d expected.

The room was beautiful, and the hotel is a great place to stay near Taichung High Speed Rail station. It is a bit out of the way, though.
