The front desk staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful, and we had a nice view from our clean, spacious room. It came with an electric kettle and a small refrigerator. Breakfast from two vendors is available each day if you order the night before. The tub is hard to get into if you have mobility issues or are short, although there are grip bars.

Getting here from the station by bus was easy, and there’s a lovely park across the road. I stayed two nights in late April. The first room had a strange smell, but it improved after I switched rooms and turned on the air conditioning. The shower was hot with good pressure. Breakfast came as a McDonald’s coupon, which didn’t work for me as a vegan, so the manager arranged another option.

The room was very clean, and the park nearby is a nice escape from the busy city. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightlife around, too. Several bus stops are right outside, and you can walk to the opera house and a large shopping mall. We love this hotel’s location.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were generally clean and good. There are plenty of water dispensers for refilling bottles. Breakfast is served in another building, and the hotel is quite far from the HSR station. A shopping mall is about a 10-minute walk away. We booked through agoda and would stay again if visiting the area. very good.

The location is really good, but the common areas are dirty and in terrible shape. It seems they only clean the toilet and change the sheets, and there was fungus in the shower area.
