The receptionist tried hard to keep us comfortable and well looked after, and the breakfast was good. On some days, though, it was served downstairs at reception instead of in the usual spot, which felt odd. The cleaners were always punctual and kept to their schedule. They could use more English-speaking staff for foreign guests.

At $300 for three people, I felt like I'd been robbed. The room was dated and unpleasant, and traffic noise went on all night. There was no shower curtain, so water splashed all over the bathroom. Avoid this place if you have other options.

I left some things in a taxi and mentioned it to Beilla, though I said they weren't important and it would just be nice to get them back. She went out of her way to help, which really stunned me. Even if the items don't turn up, what she did meant more to me than getting them back. I felt much better because of her kindness.

The street was a little audible from my second-floor room, but it wasn't too disruptive. The hotel itself was clean and well kept, and the service was great. I had a great stay.

The air conditioner was much too loud, and the toilet was in really bad shape. The room itself felt old and creepy.
