The room suited one person very well, and two people could manage too. It was clean and well equipped, and the price was quite reasonable, even inexpensive. I had a happy supper here. The staff were responsive and responsible, and the meals included with my online booking were varied and tasty for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dinner normally arrived early, around 4:30 to 5:00, but the staff kindly reheated it and brought it to me at 6. They also deliver takeout during the three meal periods and an extra supper time.

I came here for quarantine after arriving in Taiwan. The staff were kind and accommodating, and spoke pretty good English. My room was smaller than I expected, though my school booked it, so I don’t know if larger rooms are available. It was new and clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast. I’m vegan, and they could provide vegan meals. Twice they accidentally sent me non-vegan food, but once I let them know, replacements arrived quickly. It’s a good budget choice if you need quarantine accommodation.

The front desk staff were good, and I had no issue with them. But the room was creepy, constantly smelled bad, and was so tiny we had to squeeze our luggage in whenever we weren’t using it. We paid over 5000 NTD per night for a dirty room and bathroom with a very dark feel. There was also a ladder positioned where you could easily hit your head if you weren’t paying attention. If you care about your family and friends, steer clear of this place.

The service was five-star, with staff who were responsive and accommodating, and the price is hard to beat. The AC was good too. The rooms, though, need attention. The balcony opening is restricted, which seems like a fire hazard despite the good intentions. What’s the point of fire escape equipment if you can’t use it? There are other maintenance issues: loose stair boards, AC vanes that don’t point straight, and unpadded beams you could bash your head on. Water pressure varies a lot, making it hard to keep the shower at one temperature. The wrapped remotes are also really dirty and need more cleaning.
