Parking in the basement was handy, and there's a Caffaina downstairs for coffee or breakfast since breakfast wasn't part of our stay. The top floor also has coffee, sparkling water, and vending machines. The hotel is newer, the staff were nice, and the rooms were clean and modern, though pretty compact. I hit the TV box more than once. We were on floor 7 and could hear traffic, so light sleepers should keep that in mind. It wasn't awful. A good stay with a few quirks, and I'd come back, but I'll watch where I'm going.

The 15th floor lounge was a favorite spot, with sparkling water, and the gym was surprisingly good for a hotel this size. Staff have been friendly, polite, and helpful throughout, and the modern rooms feel new, clean, and thoughtfully set up. The small lobby gets cramped when people are checking in or out, so a more comfortable waiting space would help. Some road noise comes through the room, though it's manageable unless you're a light sleeper. I'm enjoying the place enough that I've requested a month-long stay and hope they can confirm a room soon.

The family room felt cramped for four of us, though the bed was comfortable and the lounge on level 15 was a nice place to relax and eat. There's a vending machine for quick snacks and supplies, and laundry is available, but detergent has to be bought from the machine. The front desk was amazing. Breakfast was very good, with a choice made each evening, and they packed ours early so we could catch our HSR. It's very close to National Threatre. Overall, a great stay except for the tight family room.

Roger was excellent. He remembered that I'd spoken with him early in the morning and said I'd come back that evening to ask about arranging transport to TPE. He made the reservation quickly, and the lobby and front desk service were professional and pleasant.
