The customer service was pretty good, but the facilities were quite old. There's not much nearby, although Uber is convenient. The swimming pool was maybe 90cm deep and had a very strong chemical smell. Breakfast was bad, and I could find only one power point in the whole pool villa. Beware of the booking rules: you have to check out at noon and check back in at 8pm every day. Otherwise, they charge an extra $100usd per day to let you stay without checking out. If you do check out, they rent your room for a three-hour stay.

The room was clean and the service was good. But we booked two nights and were charged 1k ntd for not checking out for one day. We paid for two nights, so why would we check out for a day?

The staff were easy to approach and the service was good. The food was okay and probably to most people's taste. Our room was spacious, especially with the pool view. My main concern is the bathroom: it's very open, with no wall or divider, so using the toilet is visible to everyone, which is awkward when checking in as a group, especially with boys. The toilet setup really needs improvement. Thank you 🙂

The staff were kind and accommodating, and our room was large with a view of the pool. I'd recommend this motel for celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or other occasion with friends, family, or someone special.

The pool and bathtub were amazing, and I loved having mini shabu for breakfast. I took off a star because there isn't a locker room and some of the outlets didn't work. 💕
