The staff made this stay stand out. At a big hotel, we’ve never felt so welcomed or so well looked after. Everyone was kind, professional, and ready to help, and they made us feel important. The room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, while the hotel itself was gorgeous and well kept, especially the huge, spotless lobby. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I’d highly recommend it.

I arrived late because of a packed work schedule and didn’t have time to check the room properly. By morning I was sneezing constantly and having an allergic reaction. Looking closer, I found insect-filled spider webs, dust gathering on surfaces overnight, and mold in the air conditioner vent, all possible allergens. My schedule was too tight to make changing rooms workable. The EV charger also costs NT$50 an hour, which seems high. Check the hotel’s pricing first or consider another charging option.

The hotel was hosting the WBSC U12 Mixed Softball world cup. It was quiet, with a residential building nearby, and eateries just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Friendly staff and a simple, clean hotel. The rates were very competitive while I was there, so I’d choose it over much pricier 4/5-star places with old, smelly carpets any time.
