Ms. Ye at the front desk was the highlight of my stay at Elizabeth Hotel in Taichung. She was warm and friendly, and when an issue came up, she followed through with her manager to make sure it was resolved. That kind of attention really made a difference. The hotel is well placed for exploring the city, and my room was spotless. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks, including coffee, juice, steamed buns, and savory treats. Elizabeth Hotel was a great experience, and I'd recommend it to visitors to Taichung.

The care from the hotel manager stood out most. They were attentive and accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. That kind of personal attention is rare and meant a lot. The free snacks were a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel welcoming. From the service to the atmosphere, I felt valued and well looked after at Elizabeth Hotel. I'd happily recommend it.

My front desk staff member was friendly and very helpful. Since I'm a regular guest, she checked with her manager and arranged a discount for me. It was a really kind, heartwarming gesture from the staff member working April 5-6 of 2026. Night shifts aren't easy, and I really respect her professionalism.

Yawen was great and showed us wonderful hospitality after seeing all our luggage and dog crate. I'd highly recommend Elizabeth Hotel, especially if you're travelling with a pet.
