The bedding had visible bugs, and the air conditioning didn't work. When I called the front desk, they said they already knew the air wasn't working but didn't care. It was 32 degrees Celsius outside and nearly as hot in the room, so there was no way to spend the night. I asked for a refund within half an hour of arriving, but they refused. The room was also very old, with peeling paint. That might have been tolerable on its own, as would finding out there was no breakfast despite it being advertised. This felt about as close to fraud as I can imagine. Do not recommend.

The price is plain, and from outside it looks plain too. But step inside and it's huge and amazing. A good choice if you're staying in Taichung.

As soon as I walked in, the room smelled of cigarette smoke mixed with cheap air freshener. There were mosquitoes everywhere, dust and mold all around, and every facility was worn and old. The furnishings didn't match the photos at all, and the receptionist's attitude was absolutely terrible. I checked out right away. Awful!

We were moved to another room, and somehow it was even filthier. The cigarette smell was overwhelming, the toilet was dirty, and the service was terrible. They called to say checkout time was coming up but didn't tell us there'd be a 300 RMB charge for going over by ten minutes. I was a little late because I felt unwell and needed the restroom. If they'd said ten minutes was the minimum, we could have extended by an hour. We ended up making a last-minute choice to stay somewhere else. Truly felt like a waste of money.

For over 1900 yuan, I got a room with a broken jacuzzi and TV. What was I supposed to do there? In the middle of the night, the front desk offered to refund me, as if it were no big deal. Where was I supposed to sleep at that hour? The service was appalling. This is awful and clearly a scam. Please stop this. I really don't recommend staying here.
