There are a few convenience stores nearby, and the hotel is very close to Fengjia night market. The receptionists were the letdown: no greetings or smiles when we checked in or out, and they didn’t seem welcoming.

We had a small sofa in the room, which was a nice spot to relax after a busy day. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the condition and how well equipped it was actually exceeded my expectations. I’d thought the fairly high price might be mostly for being so close to Fengjia night market, with less attention to the room itself. Breakfast was average, nothing special.

Getting to Fengchia night market was easy, and I liked the hotel breakfast.

I’d recommend the interior-facing rooms if you want a quiet stay. The hotel was clean, well located, and the staff were very friendly. The manager, (StanLee), showed me the room options and was kind and responsive the whole time. The staff seemed congenial with each other as well as with guests, and I got the impression he treats them well.

The front desk staff were pleasant and quick, and parking is available, about a five-minute walk away, which was fine. The room impressed me with its fresh style and the new-looking ceramic finishes. It wasn’t large, but there was enough space for a couple. The hotel is quite new and has two elevators. Breakfast was disappointing, with few choices and slow refills. It looked like one person was handling both the cooking and replenishing the dishes. I’d stay here again.
