A great spot for families with toddlers and kids, who’ll definitely love it. Breakfast was fresh and varied each day, and the hotel is close to the MRT and attractions. Check-in, the stay, and checkout all went perfectly. I’d absolutely come back.

The kids loved the play areas on the first floor and B1, and there’s free coffee and snacks in the lobby. Our room was comfortable, with a heated bidet toilet, a large tub, and a shower beside it for rinsing off before a soak. There was also a foldout sofa bed, though it seemed old and not very clean. You need to leave a key card by the door for the electricity to work. There’s only one elevator for guests and staff, so getting on can take a while, especially from the 11th floor.

The view from the window was the one thing my husband and I liked. It was our first stay, and it was a bad experience. The ceilings were low and the rooms weren’t soundproof: we could hear a woman ranting next door, and the water running whenever someone used that room’s bathroom was too loud. The pillow was too high. The place looks fancy, but it isn’t a truly great hotel.

The children loved the indoor playground and its slides, and the bathtub setup was another highlight. We stayed in a family room, which was beautifully designed, with a ceiling speaker connected to the TV. It was a wonderful experience for us, especially the kids. Highly recommended for families.

The rooms have a beautiful Alice in Wonderland design, and there are playrooms for kids. Laundry and dryer services are handy, too. The location is great. I definitely recommend staying here.
