Rita made the stay especially pleasant. She was thoughtful, polite, and quick to help with everything, from check-in to local tips, and her warm smile made me feel at ease. I spent two weeks here on a business trip, and the rooms were kept in good shape. The service was excellent, with staff who communicated clearly with foreign guests and paid close attention to details. After leaving, I realized I'd made a mistake with payment. My colleague and I had accidentally left without paying because I hadn't understood that the card I'd provided at the start was only for the deposit and was needed again at checkout. Jessica from reception emailed me politely with a simple payment link. She didn't rush me or make me feel stressed, and I felt treated with real respect. I also left an important document in my room that I needed the next day. I gave very little direction, but Jessica arranged to have it delivered to me in Taipei that night. She replied to my emails right away, so I felt confident things were handled. Thank you!

It felt like coming home for the night. The staff were all so kind and polite, the room was comfortable, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. They even had Halloween games, and I got to bring some presents home for my little niece, even though I'm grown up. I took two days off to bring my mother on a one-night trip to Miaoli and Taichung. I lived and studied in Taichung's Shalu for eight years, and used to go to Wuchi often to sing and run through Gaomei Wetlands. 🥰
