We had a comfortable stay, and the staff were welcoming and easy to approach. The views were great, and our quadruple room was spacious and pleasant. I'd recommend it for bigger families of 4-5. The hotel is right by the Mrt station, though there aren't many attractions nearby, so getting around to them takes a fair bit of travel. One thing that caught us out was breakfast timing. We arrived extremely exhausted and booked breakfast for the next day, but staff didn't explain that Sunday is the only day with breakfast from 7:30-10:30 am. We had actually booked it for the day after. Apart from that, we had a good, comfortable time and would recommend the hotel.

The place is a bit dated and could use an update, but it was a nice stay for the price. I'd stay again.

There were three bedrooms, so the room felt quite spacious. The service was very good too, and we could borrow things from the hotel, like a heater and pillows.

I don't get why this hotel costs so much. The room and all the furniture felt very old, and there was no soundproofing. The people next door were so loud that I could hear them clearly.

Our six-person room had lots of space, a living area, and three king size beds. The staff were all helpful and very friendly, and there's a merry go round for kids to play on. They also offer free DIY laundry. I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Taichung.
