We come back here every time we're in Tainan. The front desk staff are always friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. It's an older hotel, but the rooms and bathrooms have had good updates. I actually really like the vintage look.

The updated rooms are quite nice, and the price feels fair for the quality. Still, the service was poor, and that's why I can only give it two stars.

The room was clean, but the front desk and room service staff weren't friendly. Just an average stay.

The facilities were king, and I liked the location. The front desk staff and everyone else were the best.

I'm speechless at how filthy it was. There was scrap wood and hair on the floor, and the carpet smelled. The towels were old and worn. They did provide free parking and bottled water, but there was no breakfast, not even shower caps.
