Golden Garden Hotel

Audrey stood out for her cheerful smile, and she even spoke with our taxi driver to make sure we were going the right way. Housekeeping was spot-on. Breakfast was fine, though the choices were the same every day. The hotel was acceptably good, and I'd recommend it to friends. I'd rate it 4 out of 5.

The beds were comfortable, and the hotel and room didn't have any unpleasant smell. It was mostly quiet, though we could sometimes hear people next door. The walls seemed pretty good otherwise. There were a couple of dusty spots on the shelves and under the beds. We had no window, so in the pitch black it was hard to tell the time, but that's no fault of the hotel. Staff were great and greeted us whenever we came in. The location was handy, with a couple of bus stops nearby and a station about nine minutes away. Breakfast downstairs was okay, nothing I'll miss, but nice to have included. There's also a basement bathroom for emergencies. For the price, it was worth the stay, and I'd come again, though I wish a couple of things were different. Thank you!

There's a bus stop right outside, including a bus that goes straight to jiufen. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable, and everyone provided really good, helpful service.

What stayed with me most was how kind everyone was. We had an amazing time, and the rooms and amenities were lovely. The service was excellent, absolutely a five-star stay.
