We’ve stayed at Dandy Hotel Tianmu over the years and have always had a lovely experience. This visit stood out because the night front desk staff, Ruby and Tony, went well beyond what we expected. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a long, exhausting journey much easier, and it’s service like that which keeps us coming back. The room was very clean, and breakfast, included in the room charge, was delicious as always.

The restaurant was fantastic and comfortable, with outdoor seating, and there’s an amazing machine for all kinds of coffee drinks. The staff were kind, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the bathrooms have heated toilet seats with bidets. Fantastic hotel!

My daughter and I had a very pleasant two-night stay. It’s a comfortable hotel with good connections, and the staff are friendly and know the area well. I especially want to thank Joanne and David, who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast had a decent range of Western and Chinese choices, and drinks and snacks were available throughout the day.

Tony made our late-night arrival feel easy. He greeted us warmly and took time to explain the services and amenities. The room was spacious, clean, and renovated, and Dandy Hotel worked well for our two-week family trip since it was near the places we needed. The trip to attractions takes a bit of time by public transit, but I still thought the stay was worth it. The rooms were clean and quiet, the staff were nice, and breakfast was an awesome buffet. Highly recommended.
