Eastern Beauty Hotel

This was the worst place we’ve ever stayed, and I can’t even call it a hotel. I’ve traveled around Europe, Asia and many other cities, and I’m writing this because I want people to stay away. We only needed somewhere to sleep before continuing our trip the next day. We weren’t expecting a nice view, quality appliances or good service, but the condition was unacceptable. We couldn’t wait to get out early the next morning. There was mold on nearly everything: the ceiling, shower curtains, some furniture and even inside the kettle. We didn’t use it after seeing that. It might not kill you, but you could end up with ten days of diarrhea. The room also had insects crawling around, and the whole place smelled damp and rotten. There were layers of dust, and it looked like a haunted house or even a murder scene. I wouldn’t dare look under the bed, and it felt as if the building might fall apart. Don’t excuse this by saying you get what you pay for. Nobody should have to accept mold, constant damp and rot, dust and insects. The place didn’t feel fit for people to stay in. Those 3- or 4-star reviews may be from over ten years ago, or from people who can tolerate breathing mold and living around bugs. No traveler deserves this, and the owner shouldn’t be running a hotel.
