Hanns Summer

This was my second stay, two years running, and it was even better than the first. The staff were wonderful. When my plans suddenly changed, they fit in a last-minute booking for my family of four, and welcomed us every time we came and went. They helped with breakfast and snacks, and surprised us with a complimentary happy hour on New Year's Eve. They keep improving the facilities too. My girlfriend loved the massage chair in the Maryland common space and used it almost every day during our four-day trip. I was there on holiday this year, and the decor felt cozy and inviting. I'd recommend it if you spend most of the day out and want somewhere quiet and calm to return to.

The first night was rough. Our triple room felt very cramped and humid even with the AC on. A blue light from the bathroom mirror shone through the glass wall all night, even with the light off, because of a blue button. The walls are extremely thin too. You can feel the bed move when someone nearby shuts a door, and hear noise when they plug something into the wall. My booking couldn't be refunded, so I appreciated that the staff accommodated my request to switch room types. I hope the rest of the stay is better.

The rooms are very clean, and there are lots of freebies. The receptionist communicates easily with guests. I loved the coffee and sandwiches. Ten thumbs up, highly recommended!

The room for three was pretty cramped, and we couldn't move around freely. Still, the room's condition, cleanliness, and service were all very commendable.
