As a solo traveller, I felt safe here, and the price seemed okay. I booked a premium double with windows because I didn't want a windowless room. The room and toilet were both clean and spacious. Taipei's Main Station is right there. I usually use K12, since it has an escalator, then cross the road to the hotel. It's also a useful transit hub, and buses stop nearby for places like Ximendeng and Raohe Night Market. Two drawbacks: the shower pressure was very low, so bathing took a while. Also, only two elevators serve the higher floors, so waits can get long at busy times. With those sorted out, the hotel would be perfect.

We spent four nights here at the end of January 2026. The complimentary lobby snacks, drinks, and bottles of water were a nice touch, and the hotel is clean, modern, and well located. There are two playgrounds, so it's very kid-friendly. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping only happens if you ask. It'd be better if they automatically changed towels and cleared rubbish every three days for hygiene. The walls are thin, and we heard a baby crying intermittently next door for a few hours. There was no luggage rack, so we had to leave our open suitcases on the floor and bend down to get things. The toilet also needed more hooks for hanging clothes. A good stay, though there's room to improve. The complimentary snacks and drinks are a good idea.

We stayed two nights and would book again for a short visit. The rooms were very clean, check-in and checkout were quick, and we liked the stylish lobby and its offerings. We booked a room with a Taipei 101 view, and it lived up to the promise. There are great views from all sides, and getting around Taipei by transit or Uber is easy from this location. The room felt a bit cramped, and the bed was only comfortable enough. Elevators were slow. Breakfast disappointed us, so on our second day we chose to eat out in the city instead. Still, it was a solid stay.

We were just as happy on our second visit as on our first, when we came with our child. This time we brought our parents and booked two rooms, and returned to Lodgers Plus Hotel without hesitation. The location is excellent, just seconds from Taipei Main Station, so transport is very convenient. It offers great value, with free water and snacks, clean laundry facilities, and kids' areas, including a newly added baby playroom. Many thanks to Kenny Wang for the kind, memorable help on both visits. We'd gladly come back.

We were able to get an Uber easily from the building, and the car stopped right at the entrance. A large 7-eleven is around the corner for drinks and snacks, and a sandwich shop a few steps away had nice sandwiches. I'm not sure why there are so many five-star reviews. For what I paid, this place wasn't worth five stars. It's centrally located, but getting to the MRT platforms at Taipei Main Station involved a lot of walking and going down and back up steps. The nearest MRT exit, Z6, has a long flight of stairs, awkward for anyone carrying things, elderly guests, or even tired people. There's a lift nearby, but it only runs until 8PM, which is ridiculous when tourists often return later. The counter staff were fairly friendly, though they tried to upsell a package, which you can turn down. The L4 reception area was great, with lots of seating, charging points, a large multi-purpose bathroom, changing room, and kids' playroom. There were no universal adapters provided. Room service isn't provided by default. To get the room cleaned, you need to fill out a FORM the day before. You can also call reception to have the bins emptied and towels changed. The staff who came over hinted that we could bag our rubbish ourselves and take it to the L4 bins. One staff member, a young boy with glasses, picked up rubbish and dirty towels from the floor with his hands, then used those same hands to give us "fresh" towels. Goodness gracious. Our room was a decent size and very clean, but the shower pressure was poor and the chair was extremely old and squeaky. Insulation was bad: we heard the TV next door blaring, people talking, and other knocks that woke us. There's also a fire station beside the hotel, so expect constant sirens. Our high-floor room could only be reached by lifts 5 and 6, which took ages. Going down, they stopped at many other floors with nobody waiting, which was extremely frustrating. Thanks for the stay. It was okay for 1-2 days, but I won't choose it for my next holiday.
