VIP Hotel

The location worked out pretty well. There's a laundromat across the street, a couple of train stations nearby, and a 7-Eleven around the corner. The room itself was old, with an outdated bathroom, and dust and dirt visible along the edges. The air conditioning didn't work at all, so it got really hot. When we raised it with reception, they offered a fan and told us to open the windows. That was disappointing, especially since the place calls itself “VIP Hotel.” Staff were there to greet us at check-in, but we still had to use the self-service machine. The lobby looked nice and gave us fairly high expectations.

We stayed five nights in a triple room, three of us, and were very happy with it. Housekeeping kept the room clean, and it smelled fresh each day. We also got a New Year snack bag after checking in, with some tasty things in it. Most of all, we'll remember how helpful the receptionist with glasses was. Our little sister woke up with abdominal pain and couldn't walk, so we decided to take her to the nearest hospital ER. The receptionist called a taxi and prepared a message in Chinese for us to show the driver. We were very grateful. Thank you!

At this price, it's a good place to stay. The rooms are a decent size with what you need, and the bed is comfortable. The hot shower was fine, though stronger water pressure would have been nice. There's air conditioning and several restaurants nearby. The location is convenient. Check-in gets a little tricky after 10PM, but it wasn't a big problem. I'd stay again.

The price is reasonable, and the rooms look pretty luxurious. The bathrooms are roomy and have bathtubs, while the lobby is spacious and nicely decorated. The lift is a bit small, but there are stairs. They provide useful items, and the staff are friendly.
