Re-Change Hotel Taipei

The toilet wouldn’t flush, and even after I reported it four times, it still wasn’t fixed. I had to ask about it every day during my four-night stay. The front desk was rude too. It was a horrible experience, so find another hotel.

We got in at 3 a.m. and were grateful to have somewhere close enough to walk from Taipei main station. Their directions made finding the lock box and room key easy. The room was tiny, but it had enough for our one-night stay. In the bathroom there was soap, a floor mat, and hand towels. Downstairs is a 24-hour 7Eleven, with other restaurants nearby, and we walked to local shops for breakfast. Thanks for making late check-in possible!

It was clean and the price and location were good, but the room was far too small for a couple. The bathroom wasn’t private, so you could hear everything. They only give you two little hand towels. If you want proper bath towels, it costs another 50 NT, which is insane for a hotel.

The room had everything I needed and felt roomy enough for one person. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the comforter was good quality. The shower water could’ve been a little hotter, and I did hear some noise, though I got lucky and it wasn’t much at night. For the reasonable price, I’d stay again and recommend giving it a try.
