Staff were polite and eager to help, but some of the hotel's processes made for a poor guest experience. The rooms are a decent size, though the light switches seem either wrongly wired or haunted: turning on the main lights switches off the bathroom lights, and vice versa. The balcony rooms are cute, but face an outdoor patio where smokers gather, and smoke ends up covering the balconies. Breakfast is functional, but I wouldn't pay for it separately.
