Ximen WOW Hostel

The common area was dirty, so keep that in mind. If you're not very picky, it might be okay. The bathroom was tolerable and fairly okay, but shared by women and men. I'll add more if I remember anything else. I regretted spending two days at Ximen Wow Hostel. The next day I moved to another hostel, TW HOSTEL, just a short walk away. It was underrated, well maintained, smelled nice, and had a good bathroom and common area. I liked it a lot more. At check-in, the female receptionist shouted that check-in was at 3 PM and told me to come back. My flight had been rebooked, so I arrived at 9 AM after missing the previous day. I had booked for that day before the change and should have been allowed in, but she wouldn't let me. Luckily, the younger guy beside her understood that I was meant to arrive the day before. They also didn't explain the bed and locker setup properly. The locker assignment was right, but the bed was wrong. They still took out my 7 kg luggage and left it in the hallway with a note saying, “Don't sleep on other's bed.” Why take my stuff out? It felt paranoid. There was nobody staying on the lower floor, but they put me upstairs at the very end. I'd specifically requested a lower bed on Agoda, and they agreed, but the female receptionist seemed to be power-tripping. The guests were nice. The female receptionist and the gay cleaner were the ones power-tripping.
