We only stayed one night at Green villa on the way to Green Island, though I wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts took great care of us, including driving us from the train station when we arrived and to the airport the next day. They also helped make sure we had a good Taitung lunchbox, and their English was great, so we got to learn more about Taitung and Taiwan. The room was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shared area had a great expresso machine. Green villa absolutely deserves five stars. Thank you!

The house has an elegant, comfortable feel, with rooms and shared space that work really well for family gatherings. We did have to sort out breakfast ourselves over the long weekend, which was a bit inconvenient. The price offers good value, and the elevator is especially useful for older family members getting around.

Liuyuan B&B felt so much like home that we're already thinking about a return visit. Our family trip there was relaxing and pleasant, with a very friendly owner and a warm, quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay. You can see the owner's care in the little details in the room. There were drinks and snacks, an electric mahjong table, and a karaoke room, so it was easy to relax or have fun with friends. The elevator also made it easier for the elderly members of our family to get between floors.

The noise from upstairs was hard to ignore. A family with children could be heard from the moment they came in, and the child kept running around while awake, with banging sounds continuing from the ceiling. The room was spacious, but the bathroom felt small, and the tub and showerhead were awkwardly placed. There was a strong musty smell in the room refrigerator, along with moldy patches, so I didn’t feel safe using it.
