Summer Travel B&B

The parking setup made coming and going a hassle. We checked in on May 2nd, 2018, and were told our motorcycles could go in buildings B and C. Two hours later, management asked us to move them for other guests. We shifted them to A and C, but a tenant's car was already blocking the front, so access was still a problem. Buildings A, B, and C also share one water dispenser in B. To get water, you have to open the main gate, go into building B, then enter a code. What sort of guesthouse is that? The third-floor rooms in building C smelled of septic tanks. When we complained, management said everything was booked and there were no other rooms. They had a guy next door buy air freshener and spray it, without actually fixing the smell. The next guests will have the same issue. There were no tea bags, snacks, or water. The living room chairs were torn up and broken. The refrigerator in our second-floor room wasn't plugged in, and icy water spilled into the room. We even found a flea on the bed under the covers. Unbelievable. If management won't deal with tenants' complaints, think carefully before staying. If I weren't writing this review, I wouldn't give it even one star.

The owner only takes cash, so bring enough with you. Across the street is a construction site where workers also live, and they smoke and drink at night. The room didn't seem to get cleaned much and had a strong air freshener smell. I'd call it a "smoking trip."

There wasn't even a basic water dispenser, and the owner left everything to foreign workers. They barely understood Chinese and weren't good at speaking English either. That's not their fault, but we should at least have been given a basic introduction to the place. It was a terrible stay, and I definitely won't return.

The second-floor rooms had such a strong smoke smell. If you can't stand cigarette smoke, it was unbearable.
