I was there for one night on March 4th, when the Taitung hot pot festival was on. The room felt roomy and comfortable, with bright lights, no damp smell, and a large bathtub. The hotel is in a busy area. Breakfast was only so-so, but fine.

The rooms feel modern and spacious, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. It’s in a handy spot in downtown Taitung. I’d recommend it.

The Wi-Fi was basically unusable. My devices stayed connected, but web pages wouldn’t load. The room was freezing too: the HVAC kept blowing cold air on heat, and it never got above 19°C. When I asked for help, staff offered no fix and wouldn’t even bring a portable heater. I strongly advise against staying here if you need to work or sleep comfortably. The whole experience was frustrating.

We loved the location: easy to reach from the main road, with everything within walking distance. Parking felt super high-tech to us, and the elevators came so quickly we never had to wait. The attached restaurant gives live-in guests a discount, and there’s also self-service laundry, a gym, and a group hang-out area. Our room and bed were perfect, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and gave great service. This was the best place we stayed during our Taiwan trip. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to friends. Keep up the great work.

The train station is a bit far away, but the hotel is right in central Taitung. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.
