Some snacks were provided, including popcorn, rice congee, and red bean soup, but the breakfast was basic and had no local dishes. The room was spacious and came with a patio. The hotel is quite remote, so you'll need a car, and there aren't any convenience stores nearby. We stayed for a quick two-day, one-night trip to Taitung. Note that the water spa is only open from 4-6 pm.

Breakfast was the highlight, with lots of choices including salted egg, Taiwanese herbal egg, and yogurt. Just looking at the menu made you hungry. Dinner was amazing, chef style. The room was super spacious, with two twin king-size beds, and a stone desk that was useful for all our luggage. The toilet was very clean and had a Japanese closet. The hot spring spa was comfortable, and there was a free spinning machine for wet clothes. They also had free popcorn and snacks for kids in the lobby. Best hotel, best service.

The hot spring area wasn't that good, and the evening reception didn't feel welcoming. Parking at the hotel is very limited, so we had to park on the roadside. The rooms were good and the toiletries were nice.

The public hot tub was good, but breakfast was only okay. You'll need your own car since there are no restaurants or shops nearby.

Great value and an excellent place to stay. It felt almost like a new hotel, with lovely facilities. The staff were helpful and had a great attitude!
