The breakfast was delicious, and the lobby is grand. We enjoyed staying at Sheraton Taidung and hope to return soon. It's right in the centre of Taidung, with plenty of food and vendors nearby. Tiedao Entertainment district is a five-minute walk, and you can borrow a bike from the hotel for two hours free.

For a family trip, the facilities were generally good and the stay was alright. The service was good too, as you'd expect in Taiwan, where people are mostly friendly and courteous. I wasn't keen on the open-concept bathroom, especially in a family room.

Breakfast had so many tasty options! The service was wonderful too, and they dealt with a spill in the lift right away. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and the bidet felt like a real luxury. Sheraton Taitung Hotel was absolutely perfect! 🤩🥞🍳🥓

The reception staff were all kind and explained the hotel facilities in detail. The customer service was great, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots to choose from. It's a very good hotel in the heart of Taitung, and it'll always be our first choice whenever we visit.

The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and there's a kids' room for daytime play. It's centrally located and close to Taitung street night market.
