There’s a water dispenser on the second floor, and guests can use the bicycles. The staff were friendly and helped us book a cab to the train station. Our room was peaceful and clean, and the hotel is handy for the bus interchange, supermarket, and various eateries. I'll definitely return when I'm back in Taitung.

We stayed in a four-person room even though there were only two of us, so there was lots of room. It was simple, but comfortable and very clean, and you could tell care had gone into tidying it. The hotel is well kept, and the staff member we dealt with was attentive, communicated well, and spoke excellent English. The location is great for walking to the main attractions, with free bikes provided. The one thing I'd improve is the water pressure; stronger pressure would make showers better.

Allen at the front desk was so kind, spoke excellent English, and helped me book my onward travel. This hotel has one hostel style room, and the location suited me perfectly, close to the night market, twilight market, and bus station. The beds were firm with soft pillows, and the AC worked well, so sleeping under the cozy duvet was just right. A towel was included. Thank you!

The reception staff were warm and friendly, and the free goat milk is a nice offer, though I wasn't used to the taste. My single room was very compact but had the basics. There's no elevator, just a narrow winding staircase to the rooms, and it's near the local bus station. Light sleepers should know there's almost no soundproofing: I could clearly hear people walking and the next room's lights being switched on. The AC above the bed blows right at your face, and the TV's blue standby light shines at you while you sleep. I had to cover it with a towel, and it was still bright.
