My daughter had a great time with the two-story rooms and recreation room, and our room was clean and cozy. The staff were attentive and well trained, and the hotel boss was very kind and made sure our stay was perfect. The chefs make amazing food and keep changing up the menu. If you come to Taitung, I’d really recommend this hotel.

The room was nice and well equipped, and I liked having a balcony. Service was friendly, breakfast was good, and there were snacks in the evening. The downside was quite a lot of mold in the shower’s corners and cracks.

We were in town for a triathlon, and the manager kindly let us check out later so we could shower after competing. Since we had to leave at 4:30 in the morning, the hotel packed breakfast boxes for us to take along. The owner or manager is super friendly, it’s easy to get to the Forrest Park, and hotel guests can borrow bikes for free. Great hotel!

The room and beds were clean, and the WiFi was free and fast. There’s free laundry with detergent and softener, and you can use it multiple times. At reception, they have coffee, cakes, popcorn, boiled tea eggs, and other things for guests. In the evening there’s free supper, with Taiwan fruits, hot buns, vegetables, and noodles available without limit. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one really puts effort into serving guests. It deserves to be better known among travellers coming to Taitung. I’d strongly encourage travellers to stop by and experience it for themselves. From Singapore

The rooms are clean and stylish, and the snack bar has plenty of options. There are lots of computers available in the business center too. Nice place all around.
