Zheng Yi Motel

There was no Wi-Fi, and the room signal was extremely poor. Of the two showerheads, one had no hot water, and the water pressure was very low. Nearby restaurants were scarce, and breakfast came as a McDonald's meal voucher. The front desk staff weren't helpful.

I woke up the next day with red spots on my calves, and they still haven't healed. At the pharmacy, the pharmacist said they were flea bites. Ugh, the hygiene is terrible. The room was small and the bathtub leaked too.

The breakfast they promised was a complete lie. I went to a McDonald's far away early so I wouldn't be hungry, but they didn't have the food I wanted. They still made me pay extra for it.

The water felt so slippery that it made me nauseous, and washing with it left my skin itchy and uncomfortable. It was my first time in a motel with soft water, and I really didn't like that sensation. The floor was incredibly slippery too, which felt dangerous. The room had a fair amount of equipment, but cleanliness was only average. There's a 7-Eleven about a kilometer away, and they provide a complimentary breakfast voucher. The weekday rate wasn't very cheap. The night shift staff were incredibly rude and didn't even ask me basic questions. Ridiculous!
