Can I call to ask about booking a room?

The service was good.

We wanted to leave after just one night. The price was low, but for what we got, it simply wasn't worth it. Maybe we were put in a room that hadn't been renovated, but we chose the place based on the website photos and the actual room looked completely different. There was damp material hanging untidily behind the door, apparently left by the previous guest. The walls were badly moldy, the cable TV had no channels, and the dark bathroom tiles and dim lighting made showering feel unsafe. The bed faced a mirror on the dressing table, and it was bigger than its frame, so parts of it couldn't be used to lie down.

We were six people in a quadruple room with an extra bed, and the whole place felt old. The room was stuffy, the old air conditioner didn't cool properly, and I slept badly all night. There was dust on the sheets, which made my skin itch and had me sneezing. The outlet beside the table didn't work either, so I had to charge my device somewhere else. The bathroom was the worst part: its floor was wet, and there were bits of toilet paper that hadn't been cleaned up. The TV channels were a little different from the ones outside. On the plus side, the included toothbrush had soft, fine bristles and was nicer to use than many others, the counter staff were friendly, and breakfast was included for the price. It's an option for a cheap overnight stay.
