The staff are really nice, and I like the location. McDonalds is right next door, Starbucks is a five-minute walk away, and there are other restaurants along the street. Breakfast choices weren't the best for an American, but that's just my food preference and was expected, so it wasn't a big deal. I've stayed here before, last March, and love that it still has the same relaxing, welcoming smell. I'd suggest it to anyone staying in the area.

The buffet wasn't bad, and as a foreigner I thought the renovation and the rest of the hotel looked pretty good. But the service attitude was really poor, especially at reception. They seemed to be there just to show up for work. Housekeeping was worse: one day they didn't change the bedsheet, and the next day they didn't even clean the floor. Please improve the service and attitude.

We had a very good stay. Everything was new and clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a convenience store and fast food nearby. The breakfast buffet was excellent. One thing was a bit confusing: a travel booking site calls it a renovated four-star hotel, while Google Maps says two stars. A taxi from the airport costs about NT$750.

This little hotel is really nice, with friendly staff, even though it's not especially fancy. Breakfast was very traditional Taiwanese, with a few Western touches. I'd definitely stay again.

I don't recommend this hotel because the service was very bad. They wanted an NT.500 deposit to borrow a plug, which seemed ridiculous, especially since I would return it the next day. NT.100 or NTD.200 would have been okay. Very, very bad.
